Russian dessert Museum works to interest you in the history of Russian cuisine. Large elegant hall with the peasant cupboards, colorful tables, funny pictures of bears-the beekeepers, about peasant girls with pies and samovars, about hares with rams. Mint tea is served on the lecture tour. We taste dried carrot steams in a Russian oven , beets, turnips and radishes, gingerbread recipe of the XII century, lean, so hard, to soak in tea, as was customary in the old days.
