SEGWAY NICE -VILLEFRANCHE SUR MER - Panoramic Tour 3h

How about choosing a tour between the sea and the sky ? This is what we propose you with this 3-hour Segway ride from Nice to Villefranche-sur-Mer !

The appointment is at our agency, Mobilboard, where you will meet your instructor. Your tour will start on the Promenade des Anglais with a short training session. Follow along the Mediterranean Sea and take the direction of the port to discover the eastern part of Nice.

From here your guide will remove the speed limitation so you may ascend the "basse corniche" at maximum speed where you will have an unobstructed view over the bay of Nice and Cap Ferrat beyond.

Once arrived in Villefranche, benefit from free time to wander the small streets of the city or drink a glass of wine facing the sea. Return to Nice climbing the hills of the "Corne d'Or". 

Enjoy your Segway and the gorgeous scenery of the French Riviera during this 15-kilometer ride !

Meeting point at the Mobilboard agency, 2 steps from the Promenade des Anglais, to get to know your guide who will make you aware of the conditions of use.

The Promenade des Anglais
After the training given by your guide, you will ride on the most famous avenue of Nice! The route that was once only a stony and muddy trail at the beginning of the XIXth century, will offer you the pleasure of gliding along the incomparable sea!
The "Prom" is on the edge of being inscribed on the world heritage of Humanity!


The Ponchettes
At the end of the prom, you will ride along the Ponchettes, whose terraces were a very popular walking path until the 60s. A study project is underway to revive this tradition.
"Pounchetta" means "small point" in the Niçoise language, and thus designates the rocky points of Rauba Capéu. 
Rauba Capéu Wharf
An unmissable stop with a breathtaking view of the Promenade des Anglais, the Ponchettes and the Nice Opera house. Keep your helmet on, because "Rauba capéu" means "fly" and "hat" in French; This place is indeed one of the windiest of the city!
Port Lympia
Enjoy the perspective on Port Lympia, which takes its name from the spring that fed a small lake in this area. The construction of the port began at the end of the eighteenth century and lasted more than a century and a half. You can then observe the yachts mingling with the traditional Pointus of Nice.

Maeterlinck PalaceOriginally, the establishment was meant to be a casino to compete with that of Monte-Carlo.
