A close encounter with these amazing animals is simply breathtaking. Complete your Uganda journey by coming face to face with Chimpanzee in Kibale forest and impressive 13 primate’s species (including optional night walk), with Rwenzori Mountains in the backdrop. DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport

Arrival at Entebbe airport, meet with our guide at Entebbe airport and transfer to your hotel as requested. Comfort stay: Kaazi Beach Resort Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner included.

Day 2: Entebbe Airport to Lake Mburo Forest National Park 

Today transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. You will have an evening game drive in the park. Expect to see antelopes like Impalas, Elands and Zebras not seen anywhere on this Uganda trip. Comfort stay: Rwakobo Rock Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Today morning it is possible to do an on-foot game walking safari with a ranger for 1 hour. This is an opportunity to get up close with grazing antelopes and zebra and also so many birds. After you’ll transfer direct to Bwindi Impenetrable national park, through the "Switzerland of Africa" area known as the Kigezi Highlands with its terraced hillside and winding roads.

Day 4: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Gorilla Trekking.

Today is the big day… After breakfast and our guide will pick you from your hotel, take a short transfer to Bwindi National Park office, where you will meet up with excellent local rangers and trackers, who will give a talk on the etiquette of gorilla trekking. After finding gorillas, you will spend a maximum of 1 hour viewing them. HOT TIP: Hire a porter at the briefing point. Your porter will carry your backpack and help you as you traverse the forest and is so completely worth it. You’ll be supporting a local family and this allows them to continue being part of community gorilla protection cooperation, which is essential in Mountain gorilla conservation. After this exciting experience, it's time to relax at the lodge and view your photos. Comfort stay: Ride4woman or alternative. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included

Day 5: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Today we shall transfer to Kibale Forest National Park – the primate capital of Uganda. Subject to time of arrival, this evening you can choose to explore Bigodi Swamp sanctuary trail (2hrs) or head out on a community life tour in a village walk (2-3 hours) - optional activity. Bigodi Swamp sanctuary trail is guided circular trail through a swamp - is one of the best locally guided primate-bird trails in East Africa.  In Bigodi community life village trail, you’ll experience amazing farm life experiences, notably local banana beer/gin making, basket weaving, or simply roast & brew coffee by yourself.  Comfort Stay: Turaco Tree Tops – Standard Rooms Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner included.

Day 6: In Kibale Forest National Park & Transfer to Entebbe airport 

After early breakfast, you will head out for chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park. We transfer to – Kanyanchu gate. This activity can take between 2 to 4 hours. After, your driver/guide will transfer you by road to Entebbe airport.
